Help build dreams and boost sales at the Northern Homebuilding & Renovating Show

Help build dreams and boost sales at the Northern Homebuilding & Renovating Show

The Northern Homebuilding & Renovating Show, sponsored by Korniche, is returning to the Harrogate Convention Centre from 31 October to 2 November and is poised to deliver exceptional commercial opportunities for businesses. Show research has revealed that visitors are willing to spend an average £63,000 on their project to make their dream home more sustainable, healthier, and energy-efficient, which represents more than a 20 per cent average year-on-year increase.

This willingness to spend money in five key product categories – ventilation, heating, renewable energy, insulation and drainage – means that attendees know what they want for their self-build journey. So it’s important for businesses to put their products in front of an engaged and committed audience to open up new sales avenues and generate a data collection exercise for future opportunities.

Alongside this, the Northern Homebuilding & Renovating show continues to bring industry knowledge to the forefront with the help of 35 Masterclass sessions and a packed seminar programme. These sessions have been designed with the attendee in mind and will cover everything from heat pumps and renewables to planning, budgeting, and Passivhaus design.

In addition, the Internorm-sponsored Advice Centre will offer pre-booked one-on-one consultations with leading experts, including Michael Holmes, David Hilton, Allan Corfield, and Sally Tagg, which will drive more action-oriented footfall across the show floor to find exhibitors that have the products or services needed for them to complete their self-build journey.

Nick Noble, commercial and events director Future PLC, says, “The show attendees are not a browsing audience, they are a buying audience, which is what our exhibitors are looking for. As a show, we are excited to be the conduit that connects visitors with businesses which can deliver the products and services required by attendees for their self-build journey now and in the future.”

The show opens from 10am until 5pm on 31 October and 1 November, and 10am until 4:30pm on 2 November.
