Kier Property, part of Kier Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of AlexandraConway as managing director of its residential, private sector business, effective from 1 September 2025.
Alexandra joined Kier in 2018, initially working in its – now sold – Kier Living business before/moving into Kier Property in July 2019 as a development manager, where she has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the division’s strategic residential Joint Ventures. With a career firmly rooted in the residential sector, Alexandra has extensive expertise in structuring and delivering complex housing and mixed-use projects, which have delivered economic, environmental and social value to local communities. Schemes Alexandra has driven forward include the HGP and Vistry Joint Ventures.
Alexandra has already significantly strengthened the profitability and growth of the Property division, through its public sector Joint Venture model, and in her new role on the Property board, Alexandra will assume responsibility for its private sector residential Joint Ventures.

Kier Property has a £3bn GDV opportunity pipeline that gives them good visibility to future revenues and captures how they help Group deliver its long-term sustainable growth plan. A large part of the business is focused on helping Local Authorities deliver regeneration projects that supports job creation and social value and delivers much needed housing and inward investment into underinvested areas.
