10 Design Appoints Sabrina Klor As CEO

10 Design, the global architecture and master planning practice, announces Sabrina Klor as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Sabrina brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across architecture, urban design, and construction, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Broadway Malyan. Sabrina’s expertise lies in strengthening design practices and driving revenue growth, while maintaining project excellence through strategic process optimisation and enhanced operational efficiency.

Leadership style is rooted in a people-first approach, with a strong emphasis on performance and continuous improvement. Her career journey, starting as an architectural assistant to pioneering a C-suite role that previously did not exist, reflects her deep understanding of international architectural practice and the value of simplifying and standardising complex processes to foster collaboration and maximise efficiency.

Her portfolio spans a broad range of sectors, including mixed-use, residential, and hospitality developments worldwide. She also serves as Chair of Women in Architecture (WIA) UK, a volunteer-led organisation advocating for systemic change in the built environment to amplify the voices, experiences, and leadership of women and other underrepresented groups.

Her appointment coincides with the designation of 10 Design’s London studio as its official global headquarters. Comprising a dynamic team of 400 architects and designers, with studios across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, 10 Design continues to expand its global portfolio, delivering outstanding design solutions that redefine the built environment.

Sabrina Klor, CEO of 10 Design, said:

“I am delighted to be joining 10 Design at such a pivotal moment, as its London studio, where I will be leading the practice from, is named the official global headquarters. I look forward to visiting each international studio and meeting our clients, gaining a deep understanding of the business, and using those insights to help shape an effective culture that continues to drive excellence in everything we deliver.”

Chris Jones, Chairman of 10 Design, said:

“We are excited to welcome Sabrina as our new CEO. She brings not only deep expertise in both the UK and global markets, but also a proven ability to lead and evolve the operations of a fast-growing global architectural practice. As we celebrate our 15th anniversary this year, I believe her people-centred approach and emphasis on culture will be instrumental in shaping the next chapter of 10 Design.”

Colin Hutchison, CEO of 10N, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Sabrina as CEO and look forward to collaborating closely with her as 10 Design strengthens its position globally. Sabrina’s uncompromising commitment to creativity and culture will benefit the 10N Collective as a whole, strengthening relationships with clients and attracting best-in-class design talent.”
