Amtico returns to Clerkenwell Design Week with an immersive space designed for calm, creativity and meaningful engagement.

Amtico returns to Clerkenwell Design Week 2026 with The Amtico Retreat, its first appearance at the festival in seven years. Located at Paxton Locher House, the installation offers a considered, calming counterpoint to one of the industry’s most high-energy events.

The space balances activity with moments of pause. Visitors are invited to slow down, reset and engage in a way that suits them, through a series of interconnected environments designed around collaboration, creativity and choice.

Inside, sector-focused displays bring real commercial settings to life across workplace, retail and hospitality. These immersive, moodboard-style spaces combine flooring with furniture, lighting and materials to demonstrate how colour, pattern and texture work together in practice.

A hands-on approach runs throughout the programme. Visitors can experiment with luxury vinyl tile (LVT) designs, repositioning elements within a collaborative display to see how subtle changes transform a scheme. Amtico will also showcase its bespoke design capabilities, illustrating how concepts evolve into fully realised flooring solutions.

Specification remains central, with core collections including Signature, Form and Spacia featured across the space. From standard to bespoke designs, Amtico highlights flexibility alongside performance benefits such as acoustic properties, enhanced safety and bio-attributed options.

Alongside the installation, a curated programme of workshops, talks and informal sessions will run across the three days – encouraging hands-on creativity, conversation and moments of reflection.
