Five-star homebuilder Allison Homes has appointed its first Sales Director for the East Midlands region, to help drive sales, grow the brand and push forward its ambitious plans for growth.
Emma Weston joins Allison Homes with over 20 years of industry experience. Emma began her career at an estate agent, where she worked for 11 years, before moving to a national housebuilder. During a decade-long career here, Emma progressed from Sales Manager up to Sales Director, before moving to Allison Homes in April.
Now in her new role, Emma will be based at the housebuilder’s regional office in Castle Donington, and oversee developments within Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, covering everything from new land opportunities to show home launches and marketing.
Emma, from Leicester, said:
“I was keen to join Allison Homes as I loved the idea of being involved in the growth of a new region, which has a lot of potential, and was ready for a new challenge.
“My immediate priorities here are to promote our two live developments, St Mary’s Chase and Finney Meadows in Leicestershire, and ensure we’re in a good position to sell with our three coming soon sites. In the longer-term, my goal is to grow the East Midlands business to a place where we’re the homebuilder of choice for our customers.
“So far, I’m really enjoying the variety of my role and getting to know the team. Everyone really cares about what they do and is willing to help, and I’m looking forward to working with them to achieve our targets and help the business reach new heights.”

In Leicestershire, homes are now available at the housebuilder’s St Mary’s Chase in Stanton under Bardon, Markfield and Finney Meadows in Shepshed. A further two developments, Auster Meadows in Rearsby and Gynsill Grange in Anstey, are coming soon.
Allison Homes East Midlands will also be delivering new homes in Nottinghamshire in Cotgrave, at its upcoming Hayes View development.
