Platform Housing Group completed 250 new affordable homes across Lincolnshire during 2025/26 as part of its strongest delivery performance in more than five years.

The homes formed part of a record year which saw Platform complete 1380 homes across England, helping the Group climb from 10th to eighth place nationally in Inside Housing’s annual Biggest Builders Survey.

Across Lincolnshire, Platform also started work on a further 210 new homes.

The delivery programme includes homes for affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership, ensuring local people have access to housing that meets a variety of needs.

Platform is also continuing to invest in Lincolnshire, with work now underway on 80 affordable homes at Puritan Way in Boston, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to increasing the supply of high quality, affordable housing across the county.

The Group currently owns and manages more than 51,000 homes across the Midlands and expects to complete approximately 1600 further homes during 2026/27.

The Inside Housing Biggest Builders Survey is an annual ranking of housing associations based on the number of homes completed during the previous financial year.
