Pipe boxing from UK Boxings offers a simple, practical and cost-effective method of concealing heating system, boiler and fire sprinkler pipework, while helping reduce installation time and related on-site costs.

Widely used in ongoing RMI programmes to conver interior heating system and retrofit fire sprinkler pipework, plus boiler pipes, valves and flues, our boxing products are available in two-sided ‘L’ shaped and three-sided ‘U’ shaped profiles.

Manufactured from 9mm-thick, moisture-resistant, UKTR-compliant MDF, our pipe boxings and boiler casings are quick to install, taking around half the time of site-fabricated alternatives. As they are supplied as a standard with a white painted finish, this also removes the need for time-consuming on-site decoration.

The range includes standard pipe and fire sprinkler boxing for interior applications, as well as FR flame retardant sprinkler boxing for projects where flame-retardant boxing is specified.

For exterior pipework, including gas supply pipes, district heating systems and ground or air source heat pump installations, our metal pipe boxing provide protection against accidental damage.

Bespoke manufactured from 2mm-thick aluminium with a PPC finish, which can be selected from a wide choice of RAL colours, they are durable, weather resistant and can help deter tampering or vandalism.
