Yorkshire housebuilder Newett Homes has enhanced its sales team with the appointment of Belinda Wrightson as Field Sales Manager.

Belinda joined Newett Homes as a Sales Executive in 2021 before becoming a Senior Sales Executive four years later.

In her new management role, she will support sales executives across all 10 of Newett Homes’ current developments, coaching colleagues and monitoring progress against sales goals.

Commenting on her new role, Belinda said: “I’m hugely excited to step into this new role with Newett Homes. We have an incredible sales team that works closely together with a shared focus on quality, teamwork and looking after our customers.

Established in 2017, Newett Homes is an award-winning housebuilder dedicated to delivering quality-led homes in hand-picked locations. Employing over 70 people, the business currently has 10 active developments, supported by a growing land pipeline.

In April the housebuilder marked a significant step in its growth strategy by acquiring a seven-acre greenfield site in Kirton in Lindsey, Lincolnshire, which is its first development site outside Yorkshire.
