Allison Homes has promoted John Phillips to Build Director for its South West region. The promotion comes as Allison Homes embarks on its ambitious growth plans.
Since joining the business as a Construction Manager over two and a half years ago, John has proven himself to be an outstanding leader and has played a key role in the delivery of high-quality homes across Devon.
In his new role as Build Director, John will lead the South West construction team, overseeing all build operations and supporting Allison Homes’ ambitious five-year growth strategy to double the size of its business. His focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of build quality, strengthening supply chain relationships, and driving operational efficiency to support the company’s long-term goals.

With a strong background in construction management, John brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the industry for over 18 years and holding previous positions at Barratt Homes and Hawkfield Homes.
