Housebuilder Avant Homes East Midlands has started construction on its £22.8m, 84 new-home development in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Called Silverhill Edge and located off Fisher Close, the development will comprise a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.

The development will feature 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types. Avant Homes anticipates it will release the first homes for sale this month.

A showhome is expected to open early next year and the first residents are anticipated to move into their new homes in the spring.
