Cube Homes completes handover of rental homes in Didsbury

Northwest based housebuilder Cube Homes has recently completed the handover of nine apartments at The Rossett development on Palatine Road, Didsbury, Greater Manchester.

The Rossett will offer eight privately rented apartments, with seven one-bedroom homes and one two-bedroom home available. Set across three floors throughout the building, the homes are available to be moved into immediately.

Located in Didsbury and forming part of Manchester’s newly dubbed ‘T corridor’, the apartments are situated in one of the most desirable suburbs of Greater Manchester, offering a popular village feel, green open spaces and well-regarded schools .

The apartment block, previously owned by Great Places, has undertaken a significant refurbishment offering a fresh and new feel for future residents. Rents are expected to be from £1,200pcm for one-bedroom apartments with the two-bedroom apartment from £1,450pcm.

Supported by Grant Funding from Homes England and GMCA Brownfield Housing Fund, the scheme costs total £3.6 million. Construction is being led by John Southworth Builders, with architectural design by GWP Architecture following a 17- month build programme.
