Bristol-based housebuilder, Wain Homes Severn Valley, has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of highly experienced commercial director, Jason Martin.

Jason brings more than 30 years of housebuilding experience to Wain Homes and joins the business from Dandara (Wales & West), where he was operations director and responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the region. Jason previously worked for eight years at Persimmon (Wales) heading up the commercial department.

He was attracted by Wain Homes’ ownership structure and ambitious growth strategy.

As commercial director, Jason will be responsible for implementing best practice, maximising value, improving procedural efficiencies and developing strong commercial relationships across every stage of development, from land acquisition to customer care, while maintaining Wain Homes’ commitment to quality and people development.
