Elivia Homes and Reside Group have announced a landmark partnership agreement that will see the acquisition and promotion of a portfolio comprising more than 1,100 residential plots across the South-East of England. Valued at approximately £500 million, the collaboration will accelerate the delivery of high-quality homes, including affordable housing, in key counties such as East and West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire.
This agreement significantly strengthens Elivia Homes’ position within the residential development sector through the acquisition of 11 prime sites from Reside Group, all at varying stages of the planning process. Ranging from 30 to over 200 units, the sites are located in highly desirable areas and will play a vital role in meeting the region’s growing demand for sustainable, well-designed communities. The portfolio reinforces Elivia Homes’ commitment to expanding its market share and delivering exceptional developments that enhance local living.
For over two decades, Surrey-based Reside Group has established an outstanding reputation for creating premium properties and delivering strategic land and residential projects across the region. Their proven expertise, collaborative approach, and strong relationships with landowners make them an ideal partner for Elivia Homes.
