Gleeson Homes is delighted to announce the continued growth of its partnership with Lloyds Living, with agreements secured across two developments in the Midlands region.
The latest collaboration will see a total of 104 private rental homes delivered across the two developments, further strengthening the relationship between the two organisations and supporting the provision of high-quality, professionally managed homes in areas where demand for affordable housing continues to grow.
The homes will be delivered across developments at Hollinwell Heath and Watermills, both offering a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties designed to meet the needs of a broad range of residents and families.
The latest agreements build on an established partnership between Gleeson and Lloyds Living. In 2025, the two organisations agreed to deliver 170 high-quality rental homes across three developments in Knottingley, West Yorkshire; Chopwell, County Durham; and Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire.
The announcement marks an important milestone for both businesses, representing the fifth and sixth deals completed between Gleeson and Lloyds Living and the first developments in the Midlands region. Building on the success of previous collaborations in the North of England, the partnership continues to support the creation of sustainable communities while expanding access to modern, energy-efficient housing.
A total of 17 homes have already reached Golden Brick at Hollinwell Heath, while 57 homes have been exchanged at Watermills, where the first Golden Brick completion is expected later this year.
Allen Marshall, Regional Managing Director at Gleeson Homes, commented:
Matt Burgess, CEO of Lloyds Living, said:
“Partnerships, like this one with Gleeson, are key to increasing the number of homes being built for buyers and renters alike – giving more people the opportunity to live where they want, in the good quality kind of new homes they want to live in.”
