Avant Homes has promoted Sean Durnan to group health, safety and environmental director as the housebuilder continues to implement its multi-tenure strategy across its regional operating companies.
Sean, who has 13 years housebuilding sector experience and joined Avant Homes two-and-a-half years ago, was previously the group’s health and safety manager.
Since arriving, he has led on all aspects of health, safety and environment across the company which operates throughout Scotland, the north of England and the Midlands.
This has seen him continue the successful application of health and safety and environmental policies, processes and procedures across all Avant Homes operating regions.
Commenting on his promotion, Sean said: “Avant Homes places health and safety at the forefront of its activities. The company provided me with the support and opportunity to progress my career, so I am very pleased for it to be recognised by this promotion.
