Plus Dane is looking for audit and assurance expert

Plus Dane Housing is looking for an asset management specialist to join its Board as a Non-Executive Director. The successful applicant will also serve as a member of its Purpose Committee. ​

As the housing association continues to deliver its ambitious 2024-27 Corporate Plan, it is interested in hearing from individuals with expertise in strategic asset management gained in social housing or other sectors with large, complex property portfolios. Additional knowledge of repairs and maintenance, voids management, or sustainability would be welcomed.

The successful applicant’s additional role on Plus Dane’s Purpose Committee helps to make sure the organisation continues to provide high-quality homes and services with customers’ wellbeing at the heart of decision-making.
