The Owl Group has announced it has appointed Steve Breslin as its new Group Chief Financial Officer.

Steve joins Owl Group’s leadership team, where he will lead the financial strategy, ensuring the housebuilder has the financial strength and commercial discipline to support its growth plans across the Midlands for both its Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships brands.

“This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business with ambitious plans,” says Steve. “Owl’s growth over the past year has been impressive, and it has built a strong pipeline of land opportunities to keep that momentum going.

“The Group has a talented team in place and there’s a real sense of energy around the business. Working closely with our two regional MDs, Paul Breen (West Midlands) and Mike Kelly (East Midlands), I’m looking forward to building on what has already been achieved and helping shape the next phase of growth,” adds Steve.

Steve brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Owl, having held senior finance roles at Taylor Wimpey, Galliford Try Partnerships and, most recently, Lovell Partnerships, where he was a member of the main board.
