Persimmon is pleased to announce the acquisition of Warwickshire-based planning promotion company, Lone Star Limited (LSL).

The acquisition further enhances Persimmon’s strategic land function, adding additional industry-leading expertise and relationships to our business.

Persimmon will retain LSL’s experienced team, ensuring continuity for landowners and agents.

LSL will continue to operate as a land promotion business, led by Managing Director Richard Burke, with a focus on securing medium to large strategic sites and expanding the pipeline in attractive locations.
