Redrow’s Eastern division has appointed Tom Hughes as Head of Land to drive forward new homes delivery in the region. Tom joins Redrow with over 15 years’ property experience, including working for leading property consultancies, CBRE and Colliers International.

Prior to Redrow, Tom spent four years as a Senior Land Manager at Berkeley Group PLC, identifying and securing land to deliver a wide range of apartment and housing schemes.

“Redrow Eastern has ambitious plans to increase its volume of sales outlets and I am hugely excited to commence this role, sourcing immediate and strategic land for residential development across Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and North and East London.
