Lex Lambrou – Commercial Marketing Director
With over 20 years of experience building global brands across Europe and beyond, Lex joins Uform’s senior leadership team with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing, channel strategy, campaign execution, digital optimisation, e-commerce and brand management. His career includes senior roles at companies across the FMCG, Sports and Premium Alcohol industries.
Lex is widely recognised for his passion for nurturing talent, his role as a brand custodian and his ability to harness emerging technologies to drive business transformation; making him a dynamic addition to Uform’s senior leadership team.
Sharon Logue – Group HR Director
Uform is also delighted to announce the promotion of Sharon Logue to Group HR Director. Since joining the company in January 2017, Sharon has played a pivotal role in shaping Uform’s culture and people strategy. At the time of her arrival, the company employed around 120 people. Today, that number has grown to over 420 across the group – a testament to Sharon’s strategic leadership and the people-first culture she has helped cultivate.
Sharon has helped build a high-performing team. Under her guidance, Uform has introduced a wide range of impactful employee initiatives – from Health Cash Plans and Long Service Awards to an Employee Engagement App that keeps staff connected and supports internal communications. Her commitment to continuous learning and her passion for people has made her a cornerstone of Uform’s success.
