Housebuilding group, untypical, has appointed Gary Ennis as Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday 8th December. He will be based in untypical’s Solihull office and is the Group’s first CEO since its launch last year.
Gary brings 35 years’ experience in UK housebuilding, including almost three decades at Barratt Developments PLC. During his time at Barratt, he held a number of senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Regional Managing Director for London and the South East.
Gary has a proven track record of operational delivery, strategic clarity and building high-performing teams. As CEO of untypical, he will drive forward the Group’s strategy and advance untypical’s ambition to be the UK’s most customer-centric housebuilder, delivering exceptional homes for customers and communities.
