Leading local housebuilder Walton Homes is celebrating after one of its site managers received the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Warranty’s prestigious Bricks Site Recognition Award for December 2024.

Site manager Carl Brough earned his accolade for his management of Walton Homes’ Acresford Park development in Handsacre, just outside Lichfield – a collection of 41 luxury homes in a sought-after village location.

The award is a ‘gold standard’ for construction and site management excellence, and accreditation gives homebuyers complete peace of mind that the Acresford Park development offers the very highest levels of workmanship and site management standards.

Comprising a combined team of more than 3,700 surveyors, LABC Warranty make regular inspection visits to site during the construction process. This latest achievement marks the Seventh time Carl has earned such recognition from LABC, having also earned awards = for his role as site manager at the nearby Woodwinds development as well as his continuing awards success at Acresford Park
